How to stop worrying and start living???

By Roohi Nanda, IX, SJA
Worry affects everyone and influences our work, money, family life, and relationships. Everyone wants to get rid of these worries. Here are three simple steps to get rid of our worries:
Step 1: Getting the facts:
This is important because unless we have the facts, we cannot come to the root cause of the problem. Without facts we end up having no conclusion and tend to get confused.
Step 2: Analyzing the facts:
It is important to analyze the facts otherwise the facts would do no good. In fact, merely writing the facts on a piece of paper, and stating a problem clearly goes a long way towards helping us reach a sensible decision. As Charles Kettering puts it ‘A problem well stated is a problem half solved’.
Step 3: Arrive at a decision:
50% of our worries vanish once we arrive at a clear decision, another 49% usually vanishes when we begin to carry out the decision.
Therefore, 90% of our worries vanish when we clearly state our problem, and immediately carry out our decision.
WE ALL MUST TRY, ANALYZE OUR WORRIES.
